Select "Site Administration" in the Navigation Bar, then select "Manage TouchPoints".
Click "Edit" in the Take Action column next to the TouchPoint form you're adding a question element to to.
Click the "+ Add Question" button where you'd like to add a question element.
Below are the various types of question elements you can add to your TouchPoints:
Date of Next Contact
Phone Number
National ID (SSN/SIN)
Family Cross Reference
