This article will list the steps for adding Participants to My Caseload and Staff Caseload features in ETO.
Notes:
Caseloads must be assigned within the enrollment period. If a Participant has a post-dated start date, you cannot assign them to a Caseload until the enrollment officially starts.
The Caseload page saves instantaneously, so it is important to review its functions and only give permissions to trained staff.
User access to add Participants to Caseloads is Program-specific
To add to Caseloads, you will need the ETO Dashboard Parts "My Caseload" and "Staff Caseloads" enabled. Here is what they will look like on your Dashboard:

You will also want to be sure that the Caseload Access has been turned on for the user account you are adding a Caseload for. This setting can be found on the Manage User Accounts page when editing an account.
To add Participants to "My Caseload":
Via the Dashboard Part, click "+Add".
Check the box or boxes next to the Participant name(s) to be added.
Select a start date.
The Caseload page saves instantaneously, The SAVE button is a secondary save, but upon clicking a participant's name that start or end date will be added.
To add Participants to Staff Caseloads:
Via the Dashboard Part, click "+Add".
Choose the correct staff name from the Staff drop-down menu (image below).
Check the box or boxes next to the Participant name(s) to be added.
Select a start date.
The Caseload page saves instantaneously, The SAVE button is a secondary save, but upon clicking a participant's name that start or end date will be added.
