The My Caseload Dashboard part displays the Participants who are currently active on your Caseload. The part displays the Participant's name, the caseworker relationship, the Caseload status, and the Caseload start date.
The Participant's name acts as a hyperlink that will redirect you to the selected Participant Dashboard. Participants can be removed from the Caseload by clicking on the X in the Take Action column. If a User does not have permission to manage their Caseload, this option will not appear.
This ETO Part appears on the following dashboards:
My Dashboard
Collection Dashboard
Entity Dashboard
Family Dashboard
Group Dashboard
Participant Dashboard
Staff Dashboard
If permissions allow, the "+Add" link at the top can be used to add more Participants to the Caseload. You will be redirected to the Caseload screen where the you can search and select Participants to be added to your Caseload. Each header can be filtered or searched to easily find the correct Participant. You can also use this page to edit information associated with the Caseload such as Caseworker Relationship, Caseload Status, Start Date, end date, and reason for dismissal.
If Caseload security is enabled, as determined by the ETO Administrator via Manage User Accounts, only Participants currently on your Caseload will appear on this page, even if the Participant was previously on your Caseload. Click the Save button to save any changes.

Zone and zone index: Zone index is the ranking of the part in that zone, where zero is the closest to the top of the page.
