Overview

This release includes high-priority defect fixes, password controls for Enterprise Managers, and an additional filtering option for cross-reference elements.

Feature Updates

ETO-463 | Request to Toggle Off 'Change My Password'

Enterprise Managers now have a setting on the Manage My Enterprise page that allows them to hide the "Manage My Password & Security Questions" option from a user's Account dropdown. This means more security controls for your Enterprise, including:

  • Preventing unauthorized access: By restricting who can reset passwords, organizations can ensure that only authorized users can make such changes, reducing the risk of unauthorized access.

  • Mitigating social engineering attacks: Limiting password reset capabilities can decrease the chances of social engineering attacks where malicious actors attempt to deceive staff or use compromised accounts to reset passwords.

  • Monitoring and logging reset attempts: Centralized control allows for better monitoring and logging of password reset attempts, helping to identify and respond to suspicious activities.

Fixes

ETO-169 | Workflows: Fix for Workflow Start Date Not Matching User Date

Previously, a Participant's Workflow Start Date reflected a date in EST (server time) rather than adjusting to the reporting user's time. Now, the Workflow Start Date will adjust based on the user's date/time settings.

ETO-199 | Alerts: Fix for Internal Family Referrals Causing Duplicate Alerts

Previously, when an Internal Family Referral was sent and Alerts were set up, duplicate Alerts were sent for one or more Participants in the referral ,with the second Alert sending some time after the first. Now, Alerts are working as expected and only one Alert per Participant is sent when an Internal Family Referral is submitted.

ETO-319 | Connect: Fix for Incorrect Error Message upon Intake Form Submission

Previously, when a duplicate participant was entered in ETO Connect, a generic error displayed even when an Error Option was set. Now, the Error Option is working as expected and the error message will read as set when a duplicate participant is entered. The message for duplicate Participants is typically "Participant already registered with this organization."

ETO-545 | Fix for 'Dismiss Participants' not Displaying all Family Members

Previously, not all Family Members were listed when dismissing a Family. This caused some Participants to remain enrolled when the user intended to dismiss all Participants within the Family. Now, all Family Members are available for dismissal in Dismiss Participants as expected.
