This release includes high-priority defect fixes and an update to TouchPoint Security and ETO Results.

Updated over 6 months ago

Fixes:

ETOC-11873 | ETO HMIS: Bed and Unit Inventory - "ES Only" Rule Update to Conditional Logic

Previously for ETO HMIS users, the "ES Only" rule in the Bed and Unit Inventory TouchPoint did not include all available conditions. Now, the "ES Only" rule has "A-24. Project Type: Project Type [FCR] equal to Emergency Shelter - Entry Exit" added. All necessary conditions are available for selection.

ETO-41 | Program Enrollment: Fix for Program Start Date having 4:00 or 5:00 Timestamp

Previously, some users experienced that the Program Start Date included a 4:00 or 5:00 timestamp. Now, Program Start Date will default to a 12:00 timestamp as expected for program enrollments.

ETO-174 | Demographics: Fix for Program to Enterprise Scope Prevents Manage Family Demographics

Previously, when a demographic created with a Program scope was updated to an Enterprise scope, users were unable to edit the Demographic Family Relationship. Now, the Demographics scope is correctly updated when transitioning from Program to Enterprise scope and Manage Family Demographics works as expected.

ETO-190 | ETO Connect: Fix for Connect Account Becoming Locked/Disabled for Support-level Users

Previously, some ETO Support staff had their Connect accounts automatically lock and disable, preventing them from providing swift Connect troubleshooting support. Now, all ETO Support team members will have the necessary Connect access needed for troubleshooting issues efficiently.

ETO-336 | Alerts: Fix for "General Referral" Unavailable

Previously, "General Referral" was unavailable as an Area option when creating Alerts for Enterprises with Legacy Referrals disabled. Now, "General Referral" is an option when choosing Internal Referral Forms as an area, and you are required to choose a specific referral form as expected.

ETO-434 | Enterprise Enroll: Fix for Search Settings Linked Together

Previously, some users saw several boxes checked off when selecting "Address1" or "Address2" with the total number of checkboxes exceeding the maximum of 4 with no error message. Now, checking a single box will only select that checkbox rather than checking multiple others along with the originally selected.

Updates:

ETOC-10943 | TouchPoint Security: Removing Subjects Now Limited by Delete Response Security

Previously, users could delete responses by removing Participants from a response when no Delete Security was set for a role; they had access to delete by default. Now, if a role has no Delete Security set, they cannot remove a Participant from a Participant response. The role must have Delete Security settings enabled for this capability.

ETO-430 | ETO Results: Improvement of Report Row-Level Security Performance

We updated the ways in which ETO Results report security is pre-calculated on the backend ahead of time to positively impact report run times.
