What is the Participant Fly-Out Menu?

The Participant Fly-Out Menu is the small menu that pops out when a User who searches for a Participant in the Quick Search clicks the green arrow next to the Participant's name.


Steps to Delete Menu Options on the Participant Fly-Out Menu

Step 1 – Click "Site Administration" on the Navigation Bar.

Step 2 – Click "Manage Site Navigation".

Step 3 – Uncheck the "Feature" that describes what you'd like to be removed in the "Participants" section under "Component".

Step 4 (optional) – Depending on what User role you'd like to disable a particular feature for, you may need to create a CxRule under "Manage Rules".


An Example

If you wanted to remove the option to dismiss a Participant from the Participant Fly-Out Menu, take the following steps:

Step 1 – Click "Site Administration" on the Navigation Bar.

Step 2 – Click "Manage Site Navigation".

Step 3 – Uncheck the "Dismiss Participants" box under the "Feature" column.

Step 4 (optional) – Depending on what User role you'd like to disable a particular feature for, you may need to create a CxRule under "Manage Rules".
