Zoom meeting for Customer Support remote sessions

Please click the following link to join a remote session.
Your support agent will provide a meeting number to join a session.

The following screen may appear like this, and you will be prompted to "Run" Zoom. If not, please utilize the "click here" option for refresh the prompt to Run.

When Zoom opens, you will be asked to Join with Computer audio. If you are already in a phone call with your representative, this will not be necessary and you can close the window.
If not already in a call, there are a few options within Zoom to communicating with your representative.

  1. You can join with Computer Audio if you have access to a microphone and speakers/headphones to speak with your representative.ย 

  2. You can click the Phone Call tab, pictured below, to display a number to call from your cell phone in order to join the meeting.

  3. You can choose neither and utilize the chat option available in Zoom.

Below is your Zoom navigation window. There are 3 buttons that you may use during your session with your support representative.

  1. If you need to join with audio and missed your chance with the first window, these two buttons will allow you to join again, or modify your input and output audio settings.

  2. This is the most crucial button to your Zoom meeting. You can use either option to share your screen with your representative.ย 

  3. If you aren't connected via audio, you can select this Chat option to communicate with your representative via the Zoom chat.
