Can ETO customers continue using ETO Legacy features?
Yes, ETO Customers can continue using legacy features in Edge in IE mode by following the below set up.
Some parts of ETO are non-functional in IE 11 and Edge in IE mode, including ETO Chat and ETO Schedule. See more on browser compatibility here.
If you'd like to use ETO in other browsers, we suggest moving away from ETO Legacy features (Assessments, Efforts/Points of Service, Query Wizard) and migrating to TouchPoints.
