Our Checklist for Chrome Users
1. Select the three vertical dots in the upper right hand corner of your browser.
2. Select "Settings".
3. Under "Privacy and security", select "Clear browsing data".
4. Clear data from "Basic" and/or "Advanced".
5. Under "Privacy and security", select "Site Settings".
6. Find "Pop-ups and redirects".
7. ETO should not be blocked. Our recommendation is to turn off the Pop-up Blocker.
8. Otherwise, please add the ETO link you use to login to the "Allow" list.

Important: It is best practice for all users to log out of ETO before closing their browser window or anytime they intend to be away from their computer for extended periods of time. Users should also only ever work in ETO in one tab or window and avoid concurrent sessions, as it often results in bad data across the Enterprise.
