How do I Quick Search for a confidential Participant?
Answer:
When searching for a confidential Participant:
Select the confidential Site to search in by selecting the Site with the (C) next to it, indicating that you are searching in the confidential Programs.
If you do not have access to a confidential Participant, the Participant will not show up in the search results. This allows extra privacy to this Participant's information.
Question:
I unmarked my program as Confidential, but I can still see my site with a ( C ) next to it on the quick search bar. Why is this here and how do I remove that option?
Answer:
A Site Manager or above will need to edit the Site Navigation links and remove the Find Participant ( C ) link. You will then need to log out and log back in to see the changes take effect.
