The "Who Am I?" information is a detailed location of where you are working in ETO. When contacting the Support Team, this information is very useful for replication purposes. 

1. In the top left hand corner of ETO, double click on the "ETO" logo.

2. You should then be able to see similar data as listed below. This is your "Who Am I?" information. You can copy and paste the text shown here into your email or chat with Support with reporting your issue.
