Overview
This release focuses on critical improvements to data accuracy, security compliance, and program usability. It includes high-priority fixes to Referral visibility, Participant data management, and Collection integrity, as well as security enhancements related to sensitive data exposure.
Enhancements
Sensitive Data Handling Improved
We've updated Social Security Number (SSN) handling to ensure only masked values (ex. XXX-XX-1234) are returned unless full disclosure is explicitly required. This reduces the risk of data exposure and enhances regulatory compliance.
Faster Load Times on the Record TouchPoints Page
We've optimized the performance of the Record TouchPoints page to reduce load times and improve responsiveness. Users will now experience quicker access when recording data, even in high-volume programs or environments with large form configurations.
Fixes
Referral Page Load Failure
We resolved an issue where the View Pending Internal Referrals page failed to load due to a missing data value, displaying a "Nullable object must have a value" error. This fix ensures uninterrupted access to Internal Referrals for affected programs.
Incorrect Participant Name Integration
We fixed a bug where Participant and emergency contact names were incorrectly combined when adding new family members. Now, names are displayed and saved correctly. preventing confusion and data entry errors.
TouchPoints Not Updated After Entity Merge
We addressed a problem of some records not properly updating after Entity merges, causing outdated Entity references in reporting. This fix ensures accurate Entity mapping across all TouchPoint responses.
Duplicate Participants in Collections via Batch Upload
We resolved an issue where improperly uploaded Participants were duplicated within Collections upon roster updates. Batch Upload now enforces correct validation and prevents data compounding errors.
