Overview
This update includes several critical fixes related to TouchPoint data consistency, compliance reporting, and enrollment identifiers. These improvements ensure accurate reporting, reduce manual data corrections, and support seamless day-to-day operations.
Fixes:
ETO HMIS | Corrected Enrollment Date Metadata in Data Pulls
We resolved an issue where the "DateCreated" and "DateUpdated" fields in Enrollment.csv and EnrollmentReadable.csv files were always identical, even after edits were made. Now, "DateCreated" remains consistent with the original entry date, and "DateUpdated" reflects any changes made.
TouchPoints | Cross Reference Data Now Populates on Edits
Previously, adding a new participant to a multi-participant TouchPoint response would result in missing cross-reference data for the newly-added participant. Now, cross-reference elements populate as expected during edits.
Results Reporting | Unique Enrollment Identifier Now Populates Correctly
Some customers previously experienced an issue where the "Unique Enrollment Identifier" object did not populate for multi-participant responses in both standard and custom reporting universes. Now, participant attendance and enrollment data are properly linked in reporting.
ETO HMIS | Resolved Data Pull Line Break Errors
We resolved an issue where line breaks within custom responses in the Exit.csv file caused the System Performance Measure (SPM) Report to fail with an "Error Cleaning Data" message. This update prevents this reporting error and supports compliance with HUD requirements.
