Issue
Users using the most recent version of Chrome (110.x) and Edge (110.X) have reported being unable to refresh ETO Results reports.
We have identified that the issue is in Chromium and SAP 4.2 Business Objects. Chrome and SAP were working on patch fixes and we were in communication with their teams regarding the issue.
Once the user opens a report and clicks refresh, the report hangs and never refreshes the data.
Resolution
Chrome
Chrome has released a fix for this issue and our teams have verified it has resolved the issue!
Please Upgrade Chrome to see the resolution!
Open the browser
Click the three-dot icon in the top-right corner of the window
Then hover over Help and click About Google Chrome
Wait for the update to finish
Relaunch the browser v
Version 110.0.5481.97 contained the original fix, versions after like 110.0.5481.100 or 110.0.5481.104 will also contain the update. More about Chrome updates here.
Edge
We have confirmed that in Edge's most recent release, Version 110.0.1587.63 (Official build) (64-bit) we cannot reproduce the errors. Although Microsoft did not release an official fix, it appears newer versions include the necessary Chromium updates.

Firefox remains a good browser choice for reporting! Make sure to list ETO as a trusted site for the pop-up blocker.
