How to add Column Headers to each page in a Report
Click on the table you want to repeat the headers for.
In the Report Element Formatting panel choose Layout Settings (The compass icon).
Expand the Layout option if it is minimized.
Select "Repeat vertical header on every page"
Now the header/footer will repeat on every page.
