Step 1 – View the page in Print Layout mode to view how the page will look in a print layout.

Select the Print Layout button under the Display tile in the toolbar

With the entire report page selected, you can also change the Size and Orientation in the Layout Setting panel

Report Element Format > Layout Settings

Adjust the page header, footer, scale to page, and margin.

Note: The size of the page is automatically set to A4, it will always have to be changed if a Standard Letter size is required for printing.

Step 2 – Adjust Tables and Cell Location

Click into the cell or table > select "Format Table/Cell"

In the Layout Settings section, with a column or cell selected, you can change the object width and height.

In the Layout Settings section with the entire table selected, you can set up the relative positioning of the tables to meet the margins or to meet the edges of other tables.

In the Appearance section (only for formatting cells), you can give the object's "Padding", or extra space.

Additionally, check the border to make sure there are larger areas of white space.

Step 3 – Adjust Column Widths and Heights

Adjust your columns in Print Layout to ensure all cells and tables fit on a printable page size. Click twice into a column to select it, and then hover your curse to the edge of the cell to bring up the arrow icons

With the entire table highlighted you can also click once more into the table to drag it around the report to adjust where it sits.

Step 4 – Adjusting Text Fields

Finally, you may need to adjust the size of the font of your text.

Report Element Format panel > Text Settings

You can change "Font name", "Font style", and "Font size" from this menu. You may also "Wrap text" to make text fields smaller.
