This report is a combination of the separate Crystal Demographic reports for Participants Active, Enrolled, and Dismissed in a date range.  It provides aggregate information on demographics for participants active, enrolled, and dismissed within the selected date range. A hyperlinked report provides detailed information for each demographic. 

Expand the Notes section at the bottom of this presentation to read the report Prompts, Sorts, and Notes. 

Prompts:

Begin Date: beginning date range – applies to Date of Contact

End Date: ending date range – applies to Date of Contact

Site Name: required prompt to select the Site or Sites that should be included in the report. Select at least one site to decrease run time of report.

Program Name: optional prompt to select the Program or Programs that should be included in the report. Select at least one program to decrease run time of report.

 

Sorts:

Sectioned first by Site, then Program, then Demographic.  Each section is displayed in alphabetical order.

 

Notes:

For each site, the following information is listed:

  • Total Number of Active Participants in Site – distinct count of participants in the site (note: participants are active or dismissed)

For each program, the following information is listed

  •  Total Number of Active Participants in Program - distinct count of participants in the program (note: participants are active or dismissed)

For each demographic, the following information is listed:

  •  Demographic Name 

  • Demographic Type

  • Demographic Value – a table that lists all the values associated with the demographic name; the number of responses for the value; the percent of total values selected the number represents. The pie chart graphically illustrates this information.

  • Most Frequent Demographic Value – the value with the largest number of responses

  • Number of Unique Values – distinct count of values associated with the demographic name

  • Click for Details – a hyperlink to launch a report with a detailed list of participants
