This page deals with remembering the last value in a form when managing TouchPoints and Referral Forms.
You can choose to select specific questions to have the values that were recorded previously be remembered if a form is recorded multiple times for the same subject.
If a form is being recorded for a collection or multiple subjects, the fields selected for Remember Last Value must also be selected as Multi-Subject Level Responses in order for the last values to be remembered.
In-Depth Instructions
Step 1 – Navigate to the proper management page.
Navigation Bar > Site Administration > Manage TouchPoints or Manage Referral Forms.
Step 2 – Click on the Question Settings button and select Remember Last Value from the drop-down menu.
Step 3 – Check the box(es) to the left of the question(s) that should be remembered.
Step 4 – Click the "Save" button when done.
