The Custom Column feature allows you to add a question within the TouchPoint to be displayed on the View/Record TouchPoints screen, rather than having to open the TouchPoint and view it in its entirety.
Open the Navigation Bar.
Click on Site Administration.
Select Manage TouchPoints.
Find the TouchPoint where “Custom Column” should be enabled.
Select Edit Next to the TouchPoint.
Select Question Settings.
Select View Screen Settings.
Check the Box: “Custom Column”.
A Drop-Down Will Appear, Select the Question to be Displayed.
A Column Title Will Automatically Generate – This Can Be Edited.
