Use these steps to change the order of appearance for choices within TouchPoint list elements:
Site Administration
Manage TouchPoints
Select Edit for the TouchPoint
Select Edit Question for the List Element
Use the Sequence Column to the left of the Choice Value to indicate a new order
6. Save
7. The choices should now display in that order within the element
