New enhancement requests can be submitted through the Customer Support Portal in the Ideas section. You can submit ideas and vote on other user ideas. The votes will help the Product Team prioritize requests for enhancements.

When submitting an idea, you will be asked to describe how the current functionality works, how the requested functionality should work, and how the missing functionality impacts your organization. Ideas will update in real time, enabling users to vote and comment on new and existing ideas. Product Management will monitor ideas to inform our efforts and product road map. 

To submit an idea, navigate to the Customer Support Portal. You can access the Portal by logging in to ETO and going to the Help section in the Navigation Bar

Once you are in the portal, you will see a button for Ideas. Click here to start the process of submitting your idea!

Click on 'Post Ideas' to get to the Idea form.

Fill out the form completely and be as descriptive as possible! Once you are finished, click Post to submit your idea.

Once your idea has been submitted, it will automatically upvote the idea by 10 points.
You can then look through other ideas and promote the ones you like or demote the ones you do not believe will enhance the software.
