Please follow the steps below to disable an active Collection:
Using Quick Search, in the drop-down menu following "within" select the Collection Type.
Leave the search term(s) field empty to search for all Collections, or enter the name of the Collection.
Click the Search button.
To the left of the Collection name, under the "Take Action" column, click on the "Disable" icon.
At pop-up window that states, "Are you sure you want to Disable [Collection name]?", click "Continue".
Your Collection will now be disabled.
If you wish to re-enable the Collection, select the "Include Disabled" checkbox to view all disabled Collections, then press the checkmark button to enable your desired Collection.
Disabled Collections can still be reported on. Disabled Collections are in-active and may be retired, temporarily in-active, or test Collection Groups.
Note: Collections can also be deleted, however, this will delete any touchpoints associated with the Collection.
