Recording Participant TouchPoints

You can begin the process of recording a TouchPoint from multiple places.

  • The easiest place to begin the process is from the Program Home Page. You can also use the “new” TouchPoint link found on the dashboards (My Dashboard, selected participant dashboard).

  • Alternatively, you can use the Navigation Bar on the left side of the screen.

Selecting Record TouchPoints will bring you to the below screen.

  • The type of crime victims your agency provides services to (SA, DV, OC) will determine which TouchPoints you have access to.

  • Select the required TouchPoint from the drop-down list.

Selecting the required TouchPoint will bring you to the below screen where you will select the Participant you want to record the TouchPoint.

  • You can search for Participants in the text box above the list of Participants. Click the box next to the Participant’s name, and then click Continue.

Clicking Continue will bring you to the below screen.

  • Make sure the date entered at the top is the date services were provided and not the date the TouchPoint is being completed in ETO.

  • Fields with a red asterisk are required fields. You must enter data into all of the required fields, and then save.

NOTE: Some TouchPoints are required by PCADV, PCAR and PCCD. Below is a quick reference guide that lists each funder’s requirements.
