ETO Paid Training Overview

Welcome to the paid training hub. Our paid training option is ideal for ETO Administrators who learn best with a more high-touch approach.

These sessions are offered in a Group Training format - multi-day courses with attendees from various organizations. Attendance is capped at 15 attendees max, allowing for more time & focus on everyone’s unique needs and questions.

Our Group Training provides an immersive learning experience to help you gain a strong knowledge of being an ETO Administrator. The sessions are hosted as part demo and include hand on learning opportunities so that you can put the skills you’re learning to the test.

ETO Admin Foundations - Upon completing this four-day course, administrators will be able to design and manage their own ETO instance using the core functionality within the system. This training covers the ground-up creation of building Custom Demographics, Touchpoints, running reports, managing users and ETO Settings.
