Starting this year, HDX 2.0 allows for a single file upload of data from the SPM report as opposed to manual data entry. The use of this single file upload functionality is optional for the FY23 SPM, but will be required for the FY24 SPM.

Due to the previous changes made by HUD this past year, we are unable to build and deploy this functionality in time for FY23 SPM reporting. However, this functionality will be available for the FY24 SPM reporting period.

As a result, manual data entry must be used for FY23 SPM reporting.
