Error Message: Unable to create SSO Login: Email not unique

If you receive the error message, "Unable to create SSO Login: Email not unique" it means the email exists somewhere in an Enterprise managed by ETO, either in your enterprise or in another one. A user's email address must be unique, and can only exist once across all of ETO.

Checking Your Own Enterprise

To check your own enterprise for users with the existing email, have an Enterprise Manager go to "Manage User Accounts" and search for the email with disabled accounts shown and across all sites. If it does not appear, you may need to contact customer support to verify the location of the email address.
