Date formats in Results default to using the browser locale, but sometimes the browser locale doesn't display the preferred date format. This can be changed within the Reporting Dashboard.
To make these changes:
Step 1 – Open the Reporting Dashboard.
On the Navigation Bar, select "Reports" > "Reporting Dashboard".
Step 2 – Click on the user account icon in the top right corner and select "Settings" from the drop down.
Step 3 – In the "Locales and Time Zone" section, select your time zone.
Step 4 – Once your time zone is selected, select your Language in the "Product Locale" and Country in the "Preferred Viewing Locale" drop-down menus.
Step 5 – Press "Save".
