Form ID is the Touchpoint backend ID. This can be found two ways:
Option 1:
Pulled from ETO Results with a quick query.
Use the Standard Touchpoint Universe and set up the query like the image below and filter for the touchpoint you are wanting.
The touchpoint Unique Identifier that returns will be the touchpoint FormID.
Option 2:
Go to the Touchpoint under Manage Touchpoints and look at the page properties where FormID = ####
Step 1 – Search for the Touchpoint in Manage Touchpoints and click "Edit"
Step 2 – When inside, Right click anywhere in the blank space of the page.
Step 3 – Click "Properties."
Step 4 – Find the FormID
