The Recent Participants/Entities dashboard part displays the most recent Participants/entities you have worked with.
Clicking on the name of the Participant/entity will take you to that Participant's or entity's dashboard. The part can be edited to display only entities or Participants. If you prefer to see both but in separate parts, add the part to the dashboard twice and edit each accordingly so that one shows entities and the other shows Participants.

Step 1 - To edit the Recent Participants/Entities part, click Edit Dashboard at the top of the page.
Step 2 - You can restore, minimize, disable, delete, or edit the part by clicking on the associated icon.
Step 3 - When editing the part, you can re-title the part and set the layout.
Step 4 - You can also select which types of activities count towards making the Participant or entity "recent." Set the maximum number of records that will display on the part. Finally, select which subjects will display on the part (Participant, entity, or staff). Click Apply to confirm any changes.
Chrome State: Normal will start the part immediately upon landing on the dashboard. Minimized may work best for dashboards that take a long time to load, but will require the user to expand the part if they wish to view the report.
Zone and zone index: Zone index is the ranking of the part in that zone, where zero is the closest to the top of the page.
