Dashboard Part | Recent Assessments

#Enterprise

Updated over a week ago

The Recent Assessments dashboard part displays recently completed or updated assessments. The part displays specified fields related to the assessment, including the assessment name, the name of the participant or entity that the assessment was recorded for (on My Dashboard and Staff Dashboard only), the program name the assessment was completed in, the Date Completed, and the Assessment Identifier.

The assessment name acts as a link that will take you to a printable view-only copy of the questions and answered provided for that assessment.

The pencil icon in the Take Action column allows you to edit the assessment responses while the + sign allows you to a blank version of that assessment so you can create a new record for that subject. The +New link at the bottom takes you to the Family Assessment, Group Assessment, Participant Assessment, General Assessment, or Entity Assessment depending on which dashboard you are currently on. Not all options will be available for all assessments, depending on the security settings for the assessment and the user.

Editing

Step 1 - To edit the Recent Assessments part, click Edit Dashboard at the top of the page.

Step 2 - You can filter by assessment by selecting the assessments you want to see on the dashboard from the drop-down.

Step 3 - You can restore, minimize, disable, delete, or edit the part by clicking on the associated icon.

Step 4 - When editing the part, you can re-title the part and set the layout. You can also set the maximum number or records to display on the part and the subject type you would like to show (participant, entity, or staff). Click Apply to confirm any changes.

  • Chrome State: Normal will start the part immediately upon landing on the dashboard. Minimized may work best for dashboards that take a long time to load, but will require the user to expand the part if they wish to view the report.

  • Zone and zone index: Zone index is the ranking of the part in that zone, where zero is the closest to the top of the page.
