Form security restricts user access to recording data, editing recorded data, and modifying the saved responses. Administrators have the ability to control what level users can view other users' responses and manage the approval form itself.
Step 1 – On the Navigation Bar, click Site Administration. Then select Manage Approvals.
Step 2 – Search for the form you would like to manage and click the Security icon on the right side.
Step 3 – On the first tab, select the user roles in each program that should be allowed to view the responses created by other user accounts.
Include disabled sites and programs by checking the box at the top of the page.
Click the toggle (+/-) to see the programs and user roles in each site.
Step 4 – On the Manage tab, there are two sub tabs. Select the user roles in each site that are allowed to change or manage the approval form and those that are allowed to manage the approval form security.
Include disabled sites by checking the box at the top of the page.
Set permissions at the program level by checking the box.
Step 5 – Click the Save button.
