When the Take Action buttons aren’t visible on the View/Edit TouchPoints page or on a Recent TouchPoints Dashboard Part, please first check your Browsing History and Browser Cache Settings and Compatibility View settings in Internet Explorer 11.
Then you should check the security settings of the TouchPoint. If security settings have changed, you may no longer have access to some or all of these buttons.
If this does not resolve the issues, Resetting Internet Explorer may be necessary to reset any advanced settings.
After following these instructions if you still do not see the Take Action buttons, please contact customer support with an example of where you are encountering the issue.
