When the Take Action buttons aren’t visible on the View/Edit TouchPoints page or on a Recent TouchPoints Dashboard Part, please first check your browser history, browser cache, and compatibility view settings in Internet Explorer 11.
Then, check the security settings of the TouchPoint. If security settings have changed, you may no longer have access to some or all of these buttons.
It may be necessary to reset any advanced browser settings manually, then re-apply the above settings.
If you still do not see the Take Action buttons after following these instructions, please contact customer support with an example of where you are encountering the issue.
