The SAP Business Objects Platform uses the “LiveOffice” passwords to access ETO Results from ETO. This will be necessary when accessing ETO Results from QaaWS.

1.Click on your name next to "Welcome" on the upper right side of the page.
2. You will see a menu with four options.
3. Click "Live Office Account Info."
4. Here you will see your username, password, URL, and Server.
5. Copy your username using the "Copy to Clipboard" function next to the username.
6. Paste it to the corresponding field in the Live Office logon page.
7. Do the same for "Password" and "Server. Note that "Server" in ETO is the same as "System" on the Live Office login page.
8. Click "Log On."
9. You will be directed back to the Reporting Dashboard.
