Fix:
ETO-538 | TouchPoints: Fix for Edit option remaining once Update Period is disabled
Previously, some customers experienced TouchPoints not following the appropriate locked status due to the 'Update Period' setting being enabled and later disabled. Specifically, the Edit option appeared when it should not have been available. Now, locked TouchPoints and disabling 'Update Period' work as expected. TouchPoints (both parent and sub-forms) will maintain their locked status and no Edit option will appear once 'Update Period' is disabled.
