Reviewing/Editing Participant TouchPoints

To Review or Edit Participant TouchPoints, select TouchPoints on the left-hand side navigation bar, then View Participant TouchPoints. [This can also be done from Participant Dashboard depending on how you have set up Dashboards on your Site.]

You will then come to the below screen. Type the Participant’s name in the text box and select Search.

Find the Participant’s name and click on the link

This will bring you to the below screen.

  • (It should be mentioned that you can also take a new TouchPoint for a Participant from this screen.)

  • To edit a TouchPoint, click on the Plus sign for the appropriate TouchPoint to expand it and view all of the TouchPoints that have been recorded under that category.

This will bring you to the below screen. You will see three symbols to the far right of each TouchPoint.

  • The Eye symbol will allow you to View the TouchPoint.

  • The Pencil symbol will allow you to Edit the TouchPoint

  • The trashcan symbol allows you to Delete the TouchPoint. These symbols are only viewable if a user has permission to perform that particular function.

NOTE:

There are some security settings which could potentially lock both the Victimization Assessment TouchPoint and Track Direct Services TouchPoint to maintain the integrity of data entry and reports.

The only user role that will be able to unlock these TouchPoints is a Site Manager.
