Philadelphia DA Report
This document provides guidance for the data entered into ETO TouchPoints and how it is then mapped to the Philadelphia DA Report.
ETO Report Name: Philadelphia DA Report NEW 2021
How to run the report:
Expand Reports section in the Navigation Menu
Click on View Reports (NEW)
Expand the PCCD section
Click on 'Philadelphia DA Report NEW 2021'
Note: If the report is not in the list, click 'Refresh Report List'
Mapping:
In order for data to appear in Table 1 below, the Track Direct Services (SA) (DV) (OC) TouchPoint(s) need to be completed and the TIME OF SERVICE must be equal to PRELIMINARY.
In order for data to appear in Table 2 below, the Track Direct Services (SA) (DV) (OC) TouchPoint(s) need to be completed and the TIME OF SERVICE must be equal to FOLLOW UP.
In order for data to appear in Table 3 below, the general TouchPoint of PHILADELPHIA DA GENERAL ASSESSMENT needs to be completed during the reporting period.
