Whenever two or more pieces of data are combined with a number result, it is called an Aggregate. This includes any totals, counts, averages, or other similar data points.
Webi calculates aggregated data based on the fields that are in the table.
If a table has only Participant data, creating a COUNT aggregate will return a count of all the Participants.
If a TouchPoint response is added to a table, it may now only show data for Participants who took that TouchPoint. The sum may also now only show a count of Participants who took that TouchPoint.
If a TouchPoint response is added to a table, and some Participants have taken the TouchPoint more than once, this may inflate the data. Your sum may now count Participants twice who have taken the TouchPoint twice.
If Program Enrollment data is added to a table, and some Participants have been enrolled in more than one Program at some point, this may inflate the data. Your sum may now count Participants twice who have multiple Program enrollments.
