Enter Edit mode in the report.
2. Choose to Edit under the Data section to open the query panel
3. Choose Query Properties
4. Check/Uncheck Security options for the Query
Note: Only the owner of the report will be able to unlock the query once it is locked. If a copy of the report is made by another user, the query will still consider the owner of the original report as the owner of the copy, and only they can unlock that query as well.
