This release includes high priority defect fixes. 

The following fixes are in this release: 

ETOC-6986 - Reporting universes code updated to improve flattening when you create a new universe or refresh an existing universe. 

ETOC-9425 – Custom reporting universes now properly pull in all custom demographics into queries. 

ETOC-7614 - Quick Search: Date of Birth shows the proper date when searching for one person in Australia. 

ETOC-7223 - Referral Batch Upload: Site-to-Site pulls in and assigns accurate participant information. 

ETOC-9584 - HMIS Data Pulls now properly pull in the Organization Name and ID, if one is used.
