Why does my General Assessment appear blank when I attempt to print?

Answer:

When Reviewing General Assessments, you have the option to Print in the Take Action drop-down for each response. At times, you may notice that when the Crystal report loads, you only see instructions/page elements or there are questions that do not appear. This is due to the design of the report wherein it will not show questions with NULL answers. If you notice questions are not appearing on the report, check the response itself. If the answer to that question is blank or NULL, it will not appear on the report for printing.
