You can search by whatever entity you have established or can search for all entity TouchPoints saved by everyone in the agency by leaving the field blank

Once you select the appropriate entity you can look for all the TouchPoints saved under that entity. You can then press the “plus” button to open the edit field

Anything under each of these tabs can be edited. As long as any field that contains an asterisk is addressed the TouchPoint can be resaved after editing.

You can search by selecting “View General TouchPoints” under the TouchPoints menu. Once you select the appropriate TouchPoint. You can then press the “plus” button to open the edit field

You can then go into the appropriate fields of the TouchPoint and edit the necessary information
