This release includes a high priority defect fix.

ETOC-10826 - Fix for Entity Program Assignment Checkbox Errors. Previously, when checking a box to assign an Entity to a Program, in View/Edit Entity under the Program Assignment tab, erroneous boxes (and programs) would be selected. Now, the check box is working as expected. When selecting a program assignment, the appropriate program is assigned.
