Sometimes when opening the Results dashboard for the first time, or after an OS update, this text can appear.
To clear the text and open Results reports, follow the below steps:
Click on Preferences in the top right corner
Select the Web Intelligence category on the left of the new pop up window
Switch View to HTML
Switch Modify to HTML
Hit Save or Save & Close in the bottom right corner
Hit Okay on the Preferences Changed pop up
Refresh Results or close and reload
