Where did my site go?

#Enterprise I can't find a site, or the name has changed. What happened?

A site's name can be changed when a user with site administrator access or above navigates to Site Administration within the Site, then selects Manage My Site (NEW) and changes the name on that page. It is important that you consult with other Enterprise Managers and Site Managers within the organization before making a change like renaming sites or programs as it can cause confusion which can ultimately effect reports.

It is important to note that a site cannot disappear in ETO, it can only be re-named or disabled. A back up tape can be pulled if required to determine who made a change and when, at the customer's expense.
