General Efforts – Media Outreach
This is the only General Effort that is NOT connected to a Staff or Volunteer Entity. It is considered an “agency” effort. The following is guidance on how to complete the fields that are in Media Outreach.
Primary County
This is an exclusive list that is being populated by the site identifier TouchPoint.
Select which county the media outreach was provided. This ultimately determines which county report the data will be mapped to.
If your agency only receives funding to provide services to one county, that is the only county that will appear.
If the agency provided media outreach in more than county, you will need to complete a separate effort for that county as well.

Select the type(s) of media outreach that was provided.
Once selected, additional fields will appear for you to enter the remaining information needed.
There is a chart located in the APPENDIX that indicates which Media Outreach activities map to the respective funder report. Definitions for each activity is located under the chart in the APPENDIX.
