These are crystal reports that pull data for the entire enterprise. These reports cannot be modified. You can find Enterprise Reports under Enterprise on the Navigation Bar.

Default User Role: Enterprise Manager

Enterprise Participant Reports

  • Enterprise Enrollment Report by Date - Summarizes all enrollments, dismissals and active participants across enterprise, includes bar graphs with breakdown of enrollments and dismissals by site. Each participant will only be counted once across the enterprise, no matter how many events they have attended, or how many times they have been enrolled or dismissed from a program. Participants may be counted multiple times, if they exist in multiple sites through an action other than a referral. A count that includes duplicates where a participant becomes active, enrolled, or dismissed multiple times within or across programs.

  • Enterprise Hours of Attendance Outcome Summary - Summarizes all hours of attendance outcome efforts across enterprise.

Enterprise Demographic Reports

  • Enterprise-wide Standard Demographics - Shows totals across enterprise of five basic demographic categories: gender, age, race, top 5 zip codes and marital status, with pie charts for each category.

  • Enterprise-wide Standard Demographics by Enrollment Date - Shows total number of clients enrolled in each site within chosen date range. Drill down into each site for pie charts of gender, age, race, top 5 zip codes and marital status.

  • Enterprise Custom Demographics by Site – Shows Enterprise Custom Demographics broken down by Site.

  • Enterprise Custom Demographics Common to Multiple Sites - Shows totals in a pie chart for any custom demographic that is shared by multiple sites.

Enterprise Employment Reports

  • Job Placements (Enterprise) - Shows placements across enterprise, with detail drilldown for each site.

  • Job Retention (Enterprise) - Shows average days on job across enterprise, retention summary and retention averages for key retention periods, i.e. 30 days, 90 days, etc.

  • Job Advancements (Enterprise) - Shows all job advancements across the enterprise, broken down by site, with individual participant details on placements and retention.

Enterprise Management Reports

  • Enterprise Staff Login/Logout Summary - Enterprise-wide login/logout report of all staff in each site, within a given date range.

  • Site Staff Report - Lists all user accounts in each site, including disabled accounts.

  • Sites and Related Program Status Report - Shows details on each program in each site across the enterprise, including information on type of program, confidentiality, auto-dismissal and enabled/disabled status.

  • Sites, Programs and Outcomes Report - Each site within the enterprise is broken out by program, with all active outcomes in each program listed. Each outcome also shows how many participants or entities are involved, and how many staff have recorded efforts with the outcome.

  • General Usage Report (participant focused) - Overall look at work done across enterprise within a chosen date range. This report includes login/logout information with average login time, number of staff with efforts, number of participant and entity efforts, participants and entities enrolled and dismissed and assessments completed.

  • Enterprise Staff Outcome Activity – Top 10 – Shows top 10 staff in the number of efforts recorded in the Enterprise.

  • Enterprise Participant or Entity Outcome Activity” - Top 10 (de-identified) - Top ten clients across enterprise involved in the most outcomes, within a chosen date range.

Enterprise Assessment Reports

  • Enterprise-Wide Assessment Report – Shows summary and details of all answers to an assessment within a chosen date range.

  • Enterprise-Wide Assessment Aggregate Summary – Shows summary of all answers to an assessment within a chosen date range; includes link to detailed sub-report.

  • Enterprise-Wide Assessment Report (de-identified) - Shows summary and details of all answers to an assessment within a chosen date range; includes link to detailed sub-report, with Participant Unique Identifier substitutes in place of name.

  • Enterprise-Wide Assessment Aggregate Summary (de-identified) - Shows summary of all answers to an assessment within a chosen date range; includes link to detailed sub-report, with Participant Unique Identifier substitutes in place of name.

  • Enterprise-Wide Linked Assessments Aggregate Summary (de-identified) - Shows summary of all answers to a “linked” assessment within a chosen date range; includes link to detailed sub-report, with Participant Unique Identifies substitutes in place of name.

  • Enterprise-Wide Compare Aggregate Assessments by Dates (de-identified) - Allows for comparison for all responses to assessments within two definable date ranges displaying the Participant's Unique Identifier in place of the Participant's name.

Enterprise Attendance Reports

  • Enterprise-Wide Attendance Report (Most-Detail) - Attendance data from all sites across enterprise, broken out by date and outcome. Includes summary for each outcome.

  • Enterprise-Wide Attendance Site Summary Report - Attendance data from all sites across enterprise, broken out by date and site. Includes enterprise summary.

  • Enterprise-Wide Attendance Unduplicated Count of People Served by Site Summary - Unduplicated attendance data from all sites across enterprise, broken out by date and site. Includes enterprise summary.

  • Enterprise-Wide Attendance not broken down by Date - Attendance data from all sites across enterprise within a date range broken down by site. Includes enterprise summary.

  • Enterprise-Wide Attendance Site Summary Report not broken down by Date – Attendance data from all sites across enterprise within a date range broken down by site and outcome. Includes enterprise summary

Enterprise Entity Reports

  • Enterprise New and Active Entity Report by Date - Shows number of active entities across enterprise, along with number enrolled and dismissed, within chosen date range. Includes bar graph break down by site and by entity type for enrolled and dismissed entities.

Enterprise Point of Service Element Reports

  • Enterprise-Wide Common Outcomes Report - Summary of number of efforts, number of clients served and amount of time for all sites recording efforts with each common outcome. Details of each site and program using the common outcomes.

  • Enterprise-Wide Common Outcomes Report (Value-Driven with Details)” - Summary of number of efforts, number of clients served and amount of time for all sites recording efforts with each Value in a Value-Driven Outcome. Details of each site and program using the common outcomes.
