The Family Information dashboard part display the family name(s) a selected participant is a member of, a list of other participants in the family including which participant is the head of household, and links to work with the family.

Clicking on the family name will take you to the Family Dashboard. Clicking on the name of a participant in the family will take you to that participant's Participant Dashboard. Clicking on the Family Program History link will take you to to the View Program History page and clicking on the Family Composition History link will take you to the View Composition History page (both part of View/Edit Families).

From the Family Dashboard, you can also edit, disable, or delete the family from this dashboard part (these actions are not available on this part from the Participant Dashboard).

This ETO Part is available on the following dashboards:

  • Family Dashboard

  • Participant Dashboard

Editing 

Step 1 - To edit the Family Information part, click Edit Dashboard at the top of the page.

Step 2 - You can restore, minimize, disable, or edit the part by clicking on the associated icon. You can also delete the part from the Participant Dashboard. You cannot delete the part from the Family Dashboard since it is a default part.

Step 3 - When editing the part, you can re-title the part and set the layout. Click Apply to confirm any changes.

  • Chrome State: Normal will start the part immediately upon landing on the dashboard. Minimized may work best for dashboards that take a long time to load, but will require the user to expand the part if they wish to view the report.

  • Zone and zone index: Zone index is the ranking of the part in that zone, where zero is the closest to the top of the page.
