The guidelines below are intended for ETO Results users who will be editing, creating, and managing reports. The edits below are unnecessary for users who exclusively view reports. If you have trouble accessing any of these settings, please contact your internal IT Team/Specialist to gain access or have them make the adjustments for you.
Checking for Windows Updates
Step 1 – Click on the Start or Windows button on the bottom left corner of your screen.
Step 2 – Search for “Windows Update."
Step 3 – Select Windows Update from the search results.
Step 4 – In the left pane, click Check for updates. Wait while Windows looks for the latest updates for your computer.
Step 5 – If any updates are found, click Install updates.
The guidelines in this section are based on how a user uses ETO Results and which browser they are using. First, check which version of Internet Explorer you are using by following the steps below:
Step 1 – Launch the Internet Explorer browser.
Step 2 – Find the “Help” menu at the top of the browser. If you do not see it, select the “Alt” key on your keyboard to toggle the menu.
Step 3 – Identify which version you are using by selecting “About Internet Explorer.”
ETO Results is compatible with Internet Explorer 11, Firefox* and Google Chrome* on Windows 10 machines.
*Please note older versions of these browsers may not be supported. If you are having issues in Firefox or Chrome, check to make sure the browser version is up to date. Per SAP, BO 4.2 is compatible with Google Chrome, but be aware that issues may be introduced when significant changes are made between releases.
