Introduction

A TouchPoint dashboard is only available for TouchPoints that use the primary/sub TouchPoint feature. The dashboard will give you a variety of information on a TouchPoint such as the information as recorded for the subject of the primary form and the ability to record responses for the sub form.

To navigate to a TouchPoint Dashboard, click on the name of the TouchPoint from the Recent TouchPoints part from any dashboard. This will redirect you to the TouchPoint Dashboard, where you can record the sub-form.

Default ETO Parts for TouchPoint Dashboards

  • TouchPoint Information
  • Recent TouchPoints

Click the Edit Dashboard button to rearrange the ETO Parts within the 5 available zones (top, left, middle, right, and bottom) or add additional parts.

Additional ETO Parts for TouchPoint Dashboards

Click the Add ETO Parts button to access the catalog, which includes the following ETO Parts:

  • ETO Insight
  • Recent Disbursements
  • Recent TouchPoints
  • Report
  • TouchPoint Information

Check the box or boxes for the desired part(s), determine the zone it should appear in from the drop-down, and click the Add button. Note that the same part can be added more than once. Each part can also be disabled, minimized, and the banner message can be edited once it is added. Click the Reset to Default button to return to the original configuration containing the ETO Parts listed above.
