If you are a recipient of an approval form that is setup to send you emails when there are pending referrals, you may see the following. These emails will be sent to whichever email address you have linked to your user account in ETO.

Users reviving approvals should not be the user completing the Touchpoint. If the user approving completes a touchpoint that requires an approval form, no approval form will be sent out.

Step 1 – In your email, you will see a message similar to this one:

Step 2 – Click on the link in the email to go to the ETO login page.

Step 3 – Log into ETO, the navigate to the View Approvals page.
